AAA Northern New England is pleased to announce that Cantin’s Collision and Paint Center has been awarded the 2010 New Hampshire Auto Body Facility of the Year Award.
The facility of the year award honors one outstanding auto body repair facility in each of the Northern New England states. Scoring is derived from an annual customer satisfaction rating based on AAA’s service evaluation card responses. Cantin’s Collision and Paint Center in Laconia scored the highest AAA rating of all participating auto body shops in New Hampshire.
AAA’s Approved Auto Body program highlights outstanding service facilities throughout Northern New England. To qualify as “AAA Approved” the auto body facility must meet the strict criteria for technician certification, customer satisfaction, and warranty coverage including a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor and AAA-mediated dispute arbitration.
Cantin’s Collision and Paint Center located in Laconia has earned the Facility of the Year distinction due to their 100% percent customer satisfaction rating in 2009. Cantin’s Collision Center exceeds AAA’s Approved Auto Body program requirements by offering a lifetime warranty on all repairs. “This is an outstanding benefit to customers needing a quality repair after an auto collision”, says Tom Giasson, manager of AAA Approved Programs.
