We are committed to doing everything we can to make your visit to our dealership comfortable and safe.

What We Are Doing Differently:

  • We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the NH Department of Health.
  • We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitization safety procedures. In addition, we are sanitizing high-traffic public areas at an increased frequency.
  • We have added additional hand sanitizers throughout the dealership for the convenience of our customers and employees, and have implemented stringent hand washing and sanitizing procedures to take place multiple times a day.
  • All dealership personnel are required to stay home from work if they develop respiratory, fever or flu-like symptoms.

ENHANCED SERVICES / PROCESSES AT CANTIN CHEVROLET SERVICE & COLLISION CENTER

  • • CONTACT FREE DROP OFF: Drop off any vehicle outside our service department and use the Night Drop envelopes and box. We will perform services, bill your credit card, SANITIZE YOUR VEHICLE, replace key in agreed upon location for your pick up.
  • • COURTESY PICK UP AND DELIVERY: Unable to come to us, we will come to you. At NO CHARGE, we will arrange to pick up your vehicle, perform services, SANITIZE YOUR VEHICLE, bill to your credit card remotely and deliver back to your home or work. NO CHARGE
  • • WE HAVE HIRED A 3RD PARTY COMPANY TO SANITIZE EVERY SERVICE VEHICLE (Permission Needed from customer). CANTIN’S WILL PAY FOR AN ONSITE 3RD PARTY COMPANY TO SANITIZE THE TOUCH POINTS IN YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PICK UP.
  • • WAITING AREA SHOWROOM RE-DESIGN; The waiting area and showroom has been completely redesigned. NO VEHICLES IN SHOWROOM, much greater open spaces, all furniture has been separated and spaced. ALL SEATS AND SURFACES CLEANED AFTER EVERY INDIVIDUAL USAGE. No periodicals, bottled water, coffee, etc. Touch points have been virtually eliminated
  • • HI TOP OPEN SPACE WORK AREAS: Created open space areas to meet. Sanitized spaces, large open area.
  • • ALL COUPONS, DISCOUNTS FULLY AVAILABLE. NO ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS
